Charge 3 food logging and alarm issues

When logging food and wanting to add the details such as amount of fat, sodium, potassium, etc., I cannot put in a period or comma when I need to show something like 0.4 grams. The device just defaults to 4 grams and won't put in the period/comma. I tried to change my country of residence as I read in another answer that this might resolve the issue but no. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue?

Also I have set my watch alarm to 'on' so that I get notifications to 'get up and move' but I never get any notifications to do this.  Any help would be appreciated.
