Charge 3 frozen

Went to charge my Fitbit, and it just stayed on the clock screen. It won't change with swiping, won't show the battery charging icon, nothing. Don't know how to reset the Charge 3, the instructions don't seem to work, or I'm on the wrong Fitbit.

 

Help.

I'd say email the Fitbit support team although this may mean a lot of toing
and froing.

Hi. Sorry just saw this message now. On the website there should be an e-mail link under "contact". E-mail your problem and they will reply. I think it is called fitbit- support. Maybe you have solved it by now.

1. This worked to reset the watch.

2. However after returning from a cycle ride immediately after the reset the watch would not sync with my phone. Assume this problem is something to do with the reset? Can anybody help. Thanks.

Yes that is always the tried and tested. The phone eventually woke up all

My Charge 3  I is frozen. I tried the best suggestion. I connected my charger to the tracker, held the start button for 8 seconds, but I never saw the smiley face and when I disconnected, it was still frozen.

Try holding down for 12 secs.

Try putting it on the charger and hold down the button for 12-13 seconds.  It works for me.

Even though tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable the tracker does not vibrate and I don't see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.

When my Charge 3 was completely dead I went on to the Fitbit site and used
chat to speak to them. They talked me through a few remedies but eventually
I was sent a replacement when nothing worked. When it was just frozen
putting it on charge and holding the button for 8 seconds worked.

mine is frozen on a text message and won't go anywhere, clipped to charger and held but won't reset.
