Have tried reset and changing clock face several times with no improvement. Other ideas on how to resolve?

My Charge 3 screen recently started looking this way. Whitewashed or something. Not sure how to describe it. I bought it in October so I’m hoping it’s still under warranty.

I have had the same problem, I bought my watch in November. This is how it started to look yesterday... can anybody be of any assistance?

My screen just started to look like this today. I tried the two different resets and changing the clock face. Nothing helps. Can someone please helpe fix this?

I have the same problem and I had screen protector on it. Mine is on the bottom half of the screen like the back light has burnt out across the face as you look at it from left to right.

This happened to me the first time around 8 months, the first replacement did the same thing at 5 months, the second replacement did the same thing last night at 8 months. I can’t believe the company can’t fix this issue. The forum is filled with reports of this. I’m looking for a new tracker. Sad, because I like the Charge3, but not enough to accept it failing over & over.

How do you send it in under warranty? How does that process work? I’m thinking about getting a bigger protector for it next time to see if that will help. Thanks for any advice on how to swap it out
