My Charge 3 is having issues that clearly require it to be returned. When I try to initiate a return, it asks for an order # and won't let me proceed without one. I purchased this at Kohls...what number are they after??

My Charge 3 screen is totally black. The device is not responsive. It gets very hot when I plug it into the charger. Yes, I have read and tried all the troubleshooting tips. I'd like to initiate a return, but it asks for an order number-I did not buy it directly from this website; does anyone know what number they are referring to?

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Charge 3 is black and the tracker gets hot when connected to the charger.
