Hello.
I recently took a backpacking trip and wore my charge 3 to track the hike. About 2/3 of the way through the screen timed out which was annoying but I didn't think anything more about it.
I got to camp and then awhile later my fitbit went CRAZY. It was vibrating non stop and the screen display kept popping up and going haywire. I couldn't control it nor could I reset it with my phone since I had no service/internet. I stopped wearing it for the rest of the day in hopes it would calm down.
The next day it worked better (thought the battery was heavily drained) but after getting back home I realized the heartrate tracking showed my heartrate but would no longer record it. I rebooted in the charging cable & reset the device in the setting app and it not only has stopped measuring my heartrate all together, but there are now black lines on my display.
So...how do I go about getting all these things fixed? I bought this watch at the end of January this year on amazon, so it's not even a year old.
Thank you!
