Hello, I have the charge 3

The screen responds, and it does vibrate/takes heart rate /tracks steps and function snormally. 

The only issue is it gets hot while charging, and when it charges to 100% and I take it off, it lasts only 5 minutes before the battery dies. It jumps from 100% to 84% to 62% etc until it hits 0. Any guess on what could be causing this?
