I went swimming and got the Fitbit wet and it wouldn’t turn on but I thought it might be dead. when I hooked it to a charger it said 2 percent and charged up but when I put it back on it was dead again in an hour I charged it again and same thing. 😟😢. I thought you could swim with them??

Thank you for the information provided.
Your Fitbit Charge 3 is water-resistant to 50 meters and it shouldn't get damaged after a swimming session. I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve battery issues.

None of the trouble shooting techniques worked but i just put it on the charger and left it and took it off randomly to see how well it was holding a charge and the first few times it drained fast but it has been working great for about 6 hours now so hopefully it’s going to be ok🤞No more swimming with it though
