Charge 3 gray lines on the screen

My Fitbit screen is now gray with vertical lines on it. The display is hardly visible. Anyone else have this issue? Just started this morning. Not even a year old yet.

Try a Long Restart as follows:

CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

I think there is something going on, there are now multiple threads reporting problems.  Mine just started this afternoon and I replied about it in another members post.  Although I did not mention it in that post, I also so those grey lines a couple of different times I tried opening and syncing my device.  See the original post I commented in here:  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Lots-of-problems-tonight/td-p/3927048

A colleague had similar problem two months ago.  Looks like a common flaw.

Have tried many options including repairing the device with my phone. Fitbit is sending a replacement. Sad part is this is the fourth Fitbit I have had to replace.  Two I replaced on my own because they were out of warranty by a matter of a week or two. Just replaced my sons this last October. His battery would not hold a charge at all and would only show a black screen even when it was charged. I am waiting on my replacement now and hopefully it will arrive soon. Screen will no longer swipe to other menus now and is getting worse. I just do not understand why Fitbit products are constantly falling out and dying. If this replacement fails within a year I will be disappointed and probably will just find a different brand. I can’t see spending that much money anymore for something that doesn’t last a year or even a tad over that.
Something needs to change to ensure long lasting use and quality.

Tried this solution multiple times and it has not worked. Grey stripes still on watch face. My charge 3 is less than one year old.

I am having same issues since I charged a few days ago. This Fitbit is about 1 yr old. It was fine until I charged, then lines. Support keeps sending same instructions - hold 15 seconds, yadda yadda. I sent reply that I am not getting vibrations, smiley face guy keeps coming up. WTF? Sorry, frustrated as this seems to be a common problem and no fix? Hello, Fitbit, are you hearing us??
