Hi everyone,

I'm begging for help. My charge 3 has started going a bit crazy. First the black screen issue, but I sorted that. However, the sensor at the back doesn't light up or record data and the battery goes from 100% to 30% in less than an hour. The only thing I've done differently recently is go swimming with it on, but the instructions said that was fine to do. Is it just broken or is there a way to fix it?

Any help is very very welcome!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sparky360. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 no longer lights up at the back and that battery drains quickly. 

 

Charge 3 is water-resistant to 50 meters. Is your tracker registering your heart rate?

 

I'd recommend checking: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
