About 2 days ago I noticed my screen had grey and white vertical lines running through it. The screen had also become less responsive (but the clock and apps still function). I tried restarting it several times but was unsuccessful.

Screen has white lines running through it... I have tried rebooting resetting and changing clock face nothing works. Any suggestions? I tried to contact customer service can't get through.

Hi,
I was told to try and reboot my charge 3 while it was plugged in, and it still didnt solve the issue. I'll try to contact support again
