Charge 3 grey lines on screen and won't scroll

I have a Charge 3 and have been dealing with a large grey stripe going down the center of my screen. I also cannot scroll the way I should. Sometimes it moves and sometimes it takes 10-15 tries to get it to move at all. I treat my Fitbit very well and even though it is water proof, I don't even take it in the shower. I've tried restarting it multiple times and nothing works. Suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Brooke12345.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen is showing a grey line and won't scroll. Thank you for taking care of your tracker and for trying to resolve this issue, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I would like to confirm that Charge 3 is swimproof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters) and recommend doing the following:

  1. Please confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Perform a long restart:
  • Connect the device to the charging cable.
  • While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  • The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration
  • The device turns off.
  • The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  • Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  • Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
