Charge 3 grey vertical lines on screen

 Grey lines on screen tried multiple resets to no avail. Charge 3 only 6 month old

Thanks for your assistance, customer service replied but still waiting for further reply as their troubleshooting did not resolve the issue

I am having the same issue and my charge 3 is only 4 months old. Restarting didn't help. Please advise.

Have tried several long restarts and still the grey vertical lines persists. Even tried changing clockfaces (long shot) but still issue. The Fitbit is tracking stats and syncs ok, but the touch screen sensitivity is very slow and now often unresponsive. Try contact customer services and if possible upload picture of your issue. They contacted me back with basic troubleshooting (didn’t help) hopefully they will email me back with a working solution or possible replacement device. Hope you get your issue resolved quickly 😎

my wife's fitbit charge 3 has the same symptoms.  Gray background on the screen with faint vertical white lines.  I have a charge 2 that has never had issues.   Please help.  I have tried all the reset processes listed and it does not help.  thanks.

I will try Customer Support, but wonder was the resolution was. Did your Fitbit return to normal, full-screen no vertical gray lines operation?

Unfortunately my Fitbit charge 3 still has the issue after trying all the troubleshooting. Customer services were very helpful and they sent out a replacement charge 3 which arrived 2 days later. Can’t fault the service too be honest. I have noticed that there seems to be a lot of users reporting this issue. I just hope no more issues with device and hopefully no reoccurring issues with grey lines.

I had the self-same problem.  Tried the suggested re-starts on this site to no avail.

Contacted the Customer Services and after a couple of emails describing the problem, a new Charge 3 arrived within a week.  Very impressive service.

We had the same experience. Problem was, after another 8 months with the
new one, it went bad too. They refused to send another one again, and gave
us a discount on a different model. We got a new versa lite instead.
