Charge 3 had lines, now blank screen

I had lines on the screen of my charge 3 for about a week, but now the screen will not show at all.  I have reset the charge 3 at least three times, one of those after I changed the clock face.  Help! I’d like to see my screen again

I can't get a clock face, I can't get anything to display, my screen is Black, but if I touch the side button I feel vibration.
