Charge 3 had vertical lines on the screen

My Charge 3 started hacking yesterday with display going black with only a vertical line across the screen. I tried restart and charging but display is still going crazy flashing random parts of various different displays although I am not touching it at all. Now the button is unresponsive. Is there something to be done? The piece is about 18 months old.
