hello,
i have a charge 3 activity tracker, gifted to my for my birthday in september 2019.
Unfortunately, one week now i have noticed that half of the screen (upper part of the screen) is not working anymore.
i have changed the settings for brightness, but this only affects half of the screen (under part). the top part remains darkened/dimmed almost impossible to read.
I have restarted my tracker, but problem is still there.
Considering my tracker is within guarantee, could you please instruct me how to fix this problem?
