I purchased a Charge 3 in Nov. of 2018. By Feb. of 2020, there were so many lines across the screen that it was unreadable. Nothing that the tech person online tried with me helped. My warranty replaced it but now the lines are back. Does a Charge 3 only last about 15 months? Does the Charge 4 last any longer?

Hello @jat. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for the detailed information. I'd like to let you know that if you have tried the steps that our Support Team gave before, and the tips from this thread, my best recommendation is that you please contact them one more time and they will be glad to continue assisting you. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone and you can click here to get connected.
Regarding your question about durability, please note that it could be related due to normal wear, but I'm not certainly sure about the cause of the inconvenience. For this reason, our Support Team will be able to further assist. For your question about Charge 4, Fitbit devices are designed to last but the normal use plays a role in this situation.
In addition, if you have questions about the Charge 4 tracker, you can also check the Charge 4 board.
See you around.
