Good Morning,
Yesterday, midday, my Fitbit stopped tracking my heart rate. I have been through the forums, web searches, was online with the help chat for a while yesterday and nothing has helped. Has anyone gotten any other help that been successful? It’s not any restarts, full charging, turning on and off the heart rate tracker, new or old bands, proper placement, or cleaning sensors.
