I have a black line on my Charge 3 watch face and the screen is skipping as I scroll through my stats. Help please with this problem.

I've also had the same thing happen. I've tried resetting it multiple times and changing the clock face because I read that on another post, but nothing has worked. It's been gradually getting more lines across the screen over the past month and a half. And now it can't make it through the day without being charged multiple times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
