Charge 3 has a black screen, not syncing or holding a charge

I got this watch in May’20 at the end of August I started having problems with it syncing and the screen going blank(green light on the back-was not functioning)I went back to the store of purchase but my 90days had passed. Disappointed and upset I set it aside. I disconnected it and started using a zip. A month later September 17, I reconnected the charge and it put a smile on my face .... it was working ! Come Sunday the battery was dead I charged it, and eight hours later it was dead again. Monday I had to charge it every five hours. Today I woke up and it was dead ..., I charged it then sync but the screen was black , and an  hour later it was vibrating I tried to sync but it didn’t, it said “can’t find device“ but on the phone it indicated it was charged. This watch is only four months old and it’s not functioning, I am very disappointed and frustrated in trying to figure this gadget out.

I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
