My Charge 3 has not synced since May 9th. App shows there is an update available, it will not accept the update. The screen is blank and unresponsive. It will vibrate when I push the button only when plugged in and charging. It will not restart if the button is held down, just sits there and vibrates. I have restarted the app, my phone, Bluetooth, everything I can think of, and it will not respond.
