Charge 3 has a blurry/black screen

For a few weeks now my screen on my charge 3 has slowly faded from the corners inwards and now is completely black and unreadable. I’ve done all the resets soft and hard and nothing is working. It is syncing the data to my phone fine it’s an issue with the screen. 
I can see there are many people on here complaining about the same thing so there must be a fault or issue, how is this being resolved??
