Charge 3 has a dim display and won't sync

The Charge 3 was purchased in November.  It has since gotten dim to the point where it’s difficult to read the display.  In addition it won’t sync with the iPhone 7.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 has a dim screen and won't sync with your iPhone 7. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? I also recommend checking the brightness setting on your device: open the Settings app and tap a Brightness setting to adjust it.
