Charge 3 has a dim screen and it isn’t responding to touch

I’ve tried rebooting my Fitbit and I’ve done this before because it wouldn't sync so I know how to do that but this time it wouldn't fix it so I was super bummed because it was something I got for Christmas and I used it for 2-3 years and my aunt has had hers way longer and hers lasted a longer time until it had a crack and then she got a versa. But I contacted Fitbit and asked what we should do and they said to restart and everything but it wouldn’t help and so they gave me a discount for like 15% off so I got a Fitbit inspire 2 and I didn’t realize it doesn’t have exercises on it like the charge 3 does so then I regretted buying it but I’ve still been using it for about 1 year and I’ve still haven’t fixed my Charge 3 so if anyone knows how I’d love to know!!

Hello @JustinKowalcztk. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you tried. Please note that any feedback posted in the forums is always welcome as it helps to improve our products, services and overall environment.

On a side note, I was able to see that you reached out to our Support Team before and they exhausted all troubleshooting steps, for this reason, they decided to provide a discount towards a purchase of a new device. Although we don't have additional tips to provide, your post will remain open if someone would like to provide additional comments.

Regarding the Fitbit Inspire 2, if you have any inconvenience or questions about this device, I'd recommend posting on the Inspire 2 board, this way we can keep our forums organized. Also, I recommend checking the Inspire 2 manual for additional tips.

Hope this helps.
