Have you tried shutting down your phone?

Or is the white line on a Fitbit tracker? If so what tracker?

Hi @TreacleToffee, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 has a horizontal line across the screen, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. Then try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

As a side note, I moved your post to the Charge 3 board in order to keep the Community organized.

Thank you for your help @Rich_Laue.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
