Out of nowhere, vertical and horizontal lines appeared on the screen, so I tried to restart it, charged it, and when I changed the clock face, the screen went grey, so now it's worst, what can I do? Can it get be fixed somehow?

Thanks for the steps you've tried in order to fix your Charge 3's screen prior to posting here. 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and saw that they tried to help you. If you have any questions about the resolution give, please don't hesitate to reply back to the last email you received on May 5th.
