Charge 3 has black horizontal lines across

My fitbit screen now has black horizontal lines through the display. I have tried resyncing and it didn't help.

Hi @Cdanley1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has black horizontal lines across. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have also got black lines on my display. I have changed clock screens. Did not work and I have rebooted the device several times to no avail. I think every time I reboot the device it adds another black line.
