The charge 3 has black lines across the display. It started out with just 1 line. but now has multiple lines. I have tried the normal restart and the long restart, without any improvement in the display. The unit was purchased November 2019.

Got in touch with CS and they are replacing the unit

I have the same issue, it started with one line, now I have multiple lines. I changed the clock face and restarted my tracker as was suggested. Since I did that, more lines have appeared and my charge is depleting very fast. It was fully charged last night and now is at 16%. It also started vibrating between clock face and notification screen but there were no notifications. I restarted the tracker again and now it is stuck on the smiley face screen.

As it was still in warranty, they replaced mine, took 2 1/2 weeks and 2 salty phone calls to.actually get it "overnight". Now.the replacement isnt working correctly. Not sure I want to go through it all over again

I contacted CS and they are replacing my unit
