Hi - My Charge 3 has been gradually getting more and more black lines across the face for the past month. It's one year old. Now, it won't hold a charge longer than 12 hours. So I can't read it and then it dies.
I have read the other posts about similar topics but none of those fixes worked. Their phone lines are currently closed and the chat app keeps giving me error message. I DM'd them on Twitter. Any tips on either 1) how to fix this or 2) how to contact them about a replacement? Thanks!

Hello - I received a replacement Charge 3 after this issue was never resolved. I just did the firmware update yesterday and the screen has been black with the progress line for 24 hours. I have tried to reset it and when I do it just goes back to the progress line. How can I get help for this?
