Charge 3 has black lines across the screen

I have a number of black lines across the screen of my Charge 3 which is making it almost illegible.

 

I have tried restarting the fitbit but it makes no difference.

 

What next?

This happened to me within 6 months of purchase. I rang up fitbit and they told me to send it back for replacement or take it to my supplier, which I did. I got it replaced immediately
