My charge 3 has some black lines across the top and the screen has gone dim even though it's on full brightness.

@Novak84 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 has experienced screen issues, I'd like you to follow the instructions of the first post of this thread.
