Hi, bought charge 3 in March this year. Saw black lines across the screen I did the hard reset, reboot via device and changed clock face and nothing. Had a full charge this morning i notice it kept on changing screens then went dead. Just got in to charge it and its been on 1% for the past hour. Has any had this problem and is there a solution?
Hi yes that started on mine about 3 weeks now but was bearable... update:started overheating when put on charge now completely dead. I've contacted fitbit via twitter and they've created a ticket then I've heard nothing since Wednesday.. i feel like fish put of water cuz i can't track anything!
