Hi since the weekend I have had black lines appear in the middle of my screen on my charge 3. Its only 4 months old as was my Christmas present. I've tried rebooting and restarting but still there. Please can you help?

This sounds like a hardware issue. Seeing as you've tried restarting it to no avail, I'd recommend contacting customer support here.
