My charge 3 currently has 6 horizontal lines in its screen. I have rebooted it multiple times and I have changed the clock face and neither has solved the problem. Not sure what else to try

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I have tried everything suggested and nothing has worked. I've only had mine for 6 months.

i have a black line at the top of my screen i have restarted it from the device and using these instructions and i have changed the clock face and i still have a black line at the top of the screen

Hi,
Regarding the warranty it is at the moment long answering times from the support team. I
t has been 1.5 month since I replayed on questions from the Team regarding warranty and I haven't heard anything yet.
I hope that the warranty is still valid when they guide me through the next step.

Hi!
I have experienced the same issue and attempted the recommendations of both a restart and a long restart without success. The black lines started about 2 weeks ago and now have progressed to the point aitai can't seefsee my steps and the timeitime partially.
I love my fitbit, but I can no longer read all of the information on the screen.
Please have someone contact me to resolve the issue or replace my device. Thank you.

Mine is similar. I do not feel any vibrations but I'm able to get the device turned off and can turn back on after reconnecting to the charger. My display failure is more advanced though so I really cannot see much on the screen.

They will not offer me more than 25% off... Here in Quebec ... With the taxes ..it's 10% on a new watch...
Thanks Fitbit for the good plan. Make a watch that doesn't synchronized and that have 15 lines and more on it after two months so I have to Buy a new one...

Hey there..
I have the same issue.. several horizontal black lines on charge 3.. ive reset several times as described in this thread and changed clock faces several time.. then reset again.. exactly the same.. do you know what the problem could be.. how can i fix this issue.. its been like this for months and more lines have appeared as times gone on.. thankyou.. look forward to hearing from someone on the team?
