Charge 3 has black lines on the screen

My charge 3 is between 6 and 12 months old and black lines started about a month ago.  Have done everything that previous posters have done.  The only time I take it off is to charge and never gets wets.  I'm at a loose end as where to go from here.  Some help would be much appreciated

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so work with them to find a solution.
