So this isn’t my charge 3, it’s my grandmas. She’s had it for a little over a year and hasn’t had a problem with it. Recently she said the screen has gone black and won’t charge. I tried restarting it by holding the button but nothing happens except a smiley face comes up then it goes back to the way it was. It’s been charging for about 2 hours so it’s not the fact that it’s dead.
