Charge 3 has blank screen, no vibration and unresponsive button

I have tried repeatedly to restart as directed on the forums. The button is not responsive do I cannot reset it. I've tried changing the clock face as others have suggested. That did not help either. I have had to restart many times in the past 6 months, but this time it won't come back. The battery is full and it still tracks steps, but no screen and I can't use the button.

Mine also!

I can get a happy face but it disappears in a few seconds.

I received my Charge 3 as a birthday gift about a year ago.  Recently the screen has started only showing my clock face and does not change when the screen is touched (no scrolling).  It will not reflect texts or incoming calls, but does still track my fitness. ☹️  It will also not wake up without pressing side button to show the clock.

I do not get a happy face. No vibration when putting it on the charger or from anything else. It's just a blank screen. If I change the clock face I can see the progress bar on the screen, but that's the only thing I can get to show up on the screen.

I've gone through the live chat with no resolution. I've had to restart this device using the "put it on the charger and hold the button down for 10 seconds" many times in the few months I've owned it. Now that doesn't even work. If you're coming here with the same problem, even if you've stepped through the restart process multiple times, you will be asked to:

- clean your contacts with alcohol and a swab

- try multiple charging cables and USB ports

- restart by holding down the side button while on the charging cable

If you're going the Live Chat route, you might want to get multiple UL certified USB wall chargers and/or laptop ports and some cleaning supplies to speed things up for yourself.

If that doesn't solve it, you get kicked out to yet another support channel and are left waiting for an email instead of any type of resolution.
