Haven't found a fix. I ended up buying a charge 4 but will still contact fitbit about my charge 3 if i can get it exchanged under warranty

Mine completely died all of a sudden today, no light in the back at all. Nothing happens when I charge it. How do you reset it while it is charging? My charger holds the watch face on the side, so I can’t hold down the side button at the same time

I contacted Fitbit support via Chat Function and they agreed to replace it...

I have the same situation, charge 3 is totally dead after charging it twice yesterday.  Can't get it to do anything. I got through to Online Chat yesterday and they said I needed to upgrade my app, which didn't seem to make any difference. Unfortunately mine is out of warranty by 2 months and next thing they're offering me all kinds of discounts on my next purchase.......um I don't think so!

I would have thought this product would last longer than a year. Loved it while it lasted but may invest in an Apple watch or Garmin. Would not recommend, that's for sure.

My mom was asking me to look into one for her, first thing she noticed when I arrived that I wasn’t wearing it. She decided she was not going to get one for herself and of course I can’t recommend with mine not making it 30 days. I’ll be contacting them today for a replacement. Very unhappy.

Mine stopped charging 7/19. I put it to charge but it didn’t turn on. The Fitbit actually got super hot and I ended taking it off. I tried to do the reset thing while charging but nothing either. I waited a few days to charge again but it only started getting warm. I bought mine Nov. 2019 — contacted Fitbit via chat today and they are replacing it.

It's so frustrating because my old Flex from 2 years ago still works and it's about 4 years old. Yet my Charge 3 barely lasted past its warranty. Least a discount was offered, the consultant I spoke to said there was nothing more they could do... Which was nothing that I hadn't already tried before contacting them.
