Charge 3 has developed horizontal lines on the screen

Yesterday I woke up with horizontal lines in my Fitbit and the next thing I know it went black. I tried to re start it following the guidelines here but the lines persist. I bought it in November last year so honestly I don't even know how it can be broken already.

As you've already tried the restart, your best option is to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
