My charge 3 has developed horizontal lines going through the clock. I have already tried multiple resets (including deleting my device and setting it up again), uninstalling the app, and changing the clock face (at least 3 times and with different clocks). No change. Reached out to 24 hour chat and they don't seem to know what the issue is either. Can this issue be fixed? If so, how?
