Brightness of screen issue resolved. For some time now have had multiple horizontal lines on screen getting worse. Pointless if I can't read the screen! I see multiple users having same problem. If you can't fix it I will look at other brands!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My first fitbit suffered from this issue and was replaced under warranty. The replacement is now the same {now out of warranty period} impossible to read the screen and non of the troubleshooting methods have helped. Looking at the forum this seems to be a common complaint and my view is that this fitbit model is not fit for purpose. I will not be buying another and like you, will look at other brands. A very disappointed customer!
