Charge 3 has faded vertical white lines on the screen

Hi

 

My Charge 3 has faded vertical white lines on the screen. What I tried after researching on the forums:

  • change clock face
  • reboot
  • hard reset with deleting it from the app and reconnecting

What did I want to do but did not work:

  • long restart: device plugged in, holding the button for 15 sec. did not do anything

 

Do I have other options?
