Charge 3 has faded white lines across screen

My Charge 3 has many faded white lines going across the screen. I have contacted cs once and followed the directions given for short restart, long restart and still it is not working. I have the Fitbit 2 year protection plan with accidental damage coverage. I was unable to get thru to chat help. Please advise how to replace device.

Good luck!  Just off the phone with them.  Be glad that you got the 2 year warrranty - mine was a year -- had to replace it because it stopped working and they could not fix it.  Less than a year that they replaced it, I too, am getting those lines.  Reset again, no change - too bad - over warranty - even though they replaced it less than a year ago.  I ask how long should they last - guy says 7 - 10 years.  Yet I guess you and me got the only 3 that don't last.  Offer was 25% off a new fitbit.  I am close to 60 years old, I do not abuse my fitbit - it sits on my arm - it does not get dropped or wet - but can't last more than 9 months - I say  ask for an upgrade since this version does not last very long.
