Charge 3 has horizontal lines on the screen and battery is draining quickly

Hi. My Fitbit charge 3 has horizontal lines making it difficult to see. Have tried to change clock but still getting the problem.  Also battery fully charged yesterday but reported at 16% next day!  Purchased exactly 1 year ago.
