My charge 3 has recently lost some display due to horizontal lines running through the screen. It makes some stats hard to read. I have tried all the suggested fixes from Fitbit live chat support but no change. The screen has worsened since yesterday. Pls help ..thanks in advance

On this case, I would recommend updating Customer Support on the same case created previously. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.

After following the instructions to hard reset and change my clock face there was no change to the display and it has gradually worsened
