Charge 3 has horizontal lines on top half of screen

My Charge 3, purchased in June 2019, recently developed horizontal lines across the top half of the screen. The issue seems to be spreading to the bottom half. I have tried the restart options offered in this forum. Please help.

This device was $150, which is a lot of money to pay for something that hasd only lasted a bit over a year.

Hi @Romrose, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 shows horizontal lines on the top half. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the horizontal lines disappear.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I now have this issue too.  I get a new line almost daily. Soon there to half of my screen will be blank.

i have restarted my Fitbit and swapped out click faces. The lines are there on every screen, not just the clock face. What do I do?

Hi @JuanJoFitbit,  all the clock faces I have used are developed by Fitbit. I only used the clock faces in the app, I don't even know how to download third party clock faces. The clock faces all say Offered by:Fitbit.

I have tried switching between the different faces and doing the reboot options all you moderators have suggested in this forum. Nothing is working. I do not swim and have not gotten the device wet, other than when washing my hands. I take it off before I take a shower.
