On 6/7 my battery was low and when plugged into the charger white horizontal lines appeared. Since then, the white lines are getting worse and the heart rate is continuously fast and the sleep monitoring no longer works. I have reset several times, tried several long resets, changed the clock face, etc. Nothing works. Any additional ideas? This fitbit was replacement from a prior problem and is less than a year old, although with so many having the same issue, could it be an update malfunction?
