Charge 3 has lines across the screen and it's hard to read

It’s become nearly unreadable. Followed instructions on all other posts without success. Please advise.

Hi @msmac1976, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it has lines across. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Did you try to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article? Also, let me know if you tried changing the clock face as advised in this help page.
