Charge 3 has lines across the screen

My Charge 3 has lines in the display making it hard to use. Please help.

I changed faces and I can read the clock. I also tried resetting it a couple of times, even the long one. I had Retro double stat then changed to the Retro and it is almost unusable. Please help.
