I went to pay with my Charge3 a couple of days ago, and it rebooted the device. This happens every so often, except this time when it rebooted there was no wallet when I long-pressed the button.
I have tried rebooting, force reboot (long press when in charger), removing then re-adding device, force stopping the app and clearing the cache. I tried removing the card from the wallet and re-adding, but it wouldn't recognise the details, but i can't even get to that screen now I've removed the Charge3 and added it back. There is a wallet tile in my app, but I can't get past 'connecting'.
Also getting 'Error registering Charge3 with Fitbit Pay Wallet. error connecting to service, try again later', when I try to add my card again.
Also, there are now lines on the screen , mostly on the top half of the screen (horizontal) and one vertical line near the left edge.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix any of these issues please?
