Charge 3 has lines on screen and won't sync

Hi, can someone please help, my charge 3 no longer syncs with my android phone or tablet, I have followed the steps on the troubleshooting, I've tried to reboot my fitbit, I've taken the app on & off, rebooted tablet/phone, done it separately so that Bluetooth doesn't interact, taken Bluetooth on & off. My fitbit just won't sync, update, it finds my fitbit but then disconnects to say it can't find device, I now also have black lines going across my screen on the fitbit also. Please help!
